Return policy.

REFUNDS/ EXCHANGES:

We want you to be so excited about what you purchased from Alabaster Clothing. Please contact us at info@alabasterclothing.com if you have any issues with your order and we will do our best to fix the issue.

Please keep in mind all returns require approval within 30 days of your delivery date. If your return is not authorized it will be refused. Return shipping is not covered by Alabaster Clothing.

There are no refunds or cancellations on downloadable purchases, stickers, or pre-sale items. 

LOST OR DAMAGED ITEMS:

If there was any damage to your item please let us know within 3 days of delivery. Damaged items must be accompanied by a photo of the packaging and the item itself.

Once this is received we will send out a replacement as quickly as possible to get you back in your gear. (US Only). 

If you are ordering internationally Alabaster Clothing will cover the cost of your item but require you to pay replacement shipping cost.

For lost or stolen packages, customers are responsible for contacting and filing a claim with the carrier. Once the item passes to the carrier Alabaster is no longer responsible for the item.

Alabaster Clothing is not held responsible for damages caused by improper handling.

WRONG ADDRESS: 

Please be very careful when entering your shipping address. Once your item is shipped Alabaster Clothing can not make any changes to your order and are not responsible for replacing these items.

If this happens please contact us as soon as possible and we will do our best to resolve this issue. 

If you are ordering a pre-sale item please be aware that ship and production times vary greatly. Your item will ship as soon as possible.
