A “t-shirt company” with A TWIST
The Beginnings
Changing the world, one design at a time.
Michelle and Tawni met in Palm Springs, California. Both are creatives; Michelle an artist, Tawni a photographer. Both are passionate and driven, but most importantly, both love the Lord.
It was clear in the beginning, the call of God was over their friendship to create a business together. At the time they had no idea what it was but were confident the Lord would reveal it. In the meantime, they grew in their relationship with the Lord, their friendship, and their skills. Nearly 5 years later Alabaster came to life.
Michelle and Tawni are both passionate about sharing the immeasurable love of God with people. They wanted to use their talents for good, and also to create an easy and fun way for others - like you - to make a positive difference in the world.
They started to make trendy designs for shirts and hats for themselves. The messages were Biblical, simple, and thought provoking. The best part, wearing them in public inspired conversations about God with strangers. That was enough to really give a “t-shirt company” a go but with a twist!
Tawni and Michelle believe it isn’t the building, but the PEOPLE that make up the CHURCH.
No one should feel isolated in the body of Christ, unfortunately many do. Secondly, there is a call outside of the 4 walls of the church that every child of God was uniquely created to be a part of. Unfortunately, many feel ill equipped or disconnected from what God is doing.
The heart of Alabaster Clothing company is to bridge the gap between individuals and the movements of God happening all over the place. There are so many non profits and outreaches that are not well known but doing amazing things in the community!
Our first and foremost goal is to bring awareness to that organization.
And secondly, we want to raise funding for them. We do that by creating custom, Limited addition clothing designs to represent the organization and their cause. These custom designs will then be made available for The public to pre-order.
Awareness brings more influence and growth to ministries but seeing seeing how God is moving is also encouraging to the body of Christ.

Tawni and Michelle are both married with little ones and believe that their family is the highest priority. They believe the strongest relationships and growing a purposeful community starts at home.
